My first design system

With Muesli, we built a design system from scratch for Crédit Agricole that aligned people, tools, and vision. A catalyst for collaboration, consistency, and cultural change inside one of Europe’s largest banking groups.

🔍 Scoping & Strategy

Over a 2-month discovery phase, we mapped Crédit Agricole’s ecosystem, interviewed users, and defined a long-term vision. This led to the creation of a dedicated team and the validation of a first budget to launch the system.
